미세먼지센서 성능평가 시스템은 입자 농도 균일도가 확보된 일정한 부피의 공간 (챔버) 내에 미세먼지 센서를 넣고, 크기 분포가 정해진 시험물질 또는 시험입자를 주입시켜 기준 측정장비 대비 미세먼지 센서의 측정 정확도와 재현성을 평가하는 장비입니다. 시스템은 시험챔버와 입자 발생모듈, 측정장비 및 운영 프로그램으로 구성됩니다. 이 중 입자 발생모듈은 시험입자의 농도를 일정하게 유지시키면서 미세먼지센서의 측정 정확도를 평가할 수 있는 유형과 시험입자의 농도를 시간에 따라 일정하게 감소시키면서 미세먼지 센서의 측정정확도와 입자농도 변화에 따른 반응성을 동시에 평가하는 유형으로 구분되며, 시험 목적에 따라 사용자가 시스템을 선택할 수 있습니다.
The fine dust sensor performance evaluation system is designed to assess the measurement accuracy and reproducibility of fine dust sensors by placing them in a defined volume of space (chamber) where particle concentration uniformity is ensured. The system introduces test substances or test particles with a predetermined size distribution into the chamber. The system consists of a test chamber, particle generation module, measurement equipment, and operating program.
The particle generation module is categorized into two types: one type maintains a constant concentration of test particles to evaluate the measurement accuracy of the fine dust sensor, and the other type decreases the concentration of test particles over time to simultaneously assess the measurement accuracy and responsiveness of the fine dust sensor in relation to changes in particle concentration. Users can select the system based on the purpose of the test.
