  • [KACA 기준]

    1. 챔버크기 : 1m^3 ~ 180m^3 (직육면체 또는 정육면체 형상, 폭은 길이의 80~100% 이내. 대형챔버의 경우 폭은 길이의 2배 이내)

    2. 시험항목(시험물질) :

    • 미세먼지 : 청정화능력, 제거효율(다분산 고체상 염화칼륨), 저감수명, 제거능력(염화칼륨)
    • 가스 :  정화능력(암모니아, 톨루엔, 폼알데하이드),  저감 수명(폼알데하이드), 제거 효율(암모니아, 톨루엔, 폼알데하이드, 초산, 아세트알데하이드)
    • 오존발생농도
    • 정격풍량, 공기청정기 미세먼지 센서, 소음

    3. 기밀도 : 입자크기 0.3μm 입자 농도에 대해 20분 경과 후의 입자 농도가 초기 농도의 90% 이상 확보

    4. 온습도 :

    • 23 ± 3 ℃ (± 1 ℃), 50 ± 10 % R.H ± 5% R.H (20분 평균)
    • (대형챔버)온도 20 ± 5 ℃, 대기압 760 ± 20 mmHg

    5. 챔버 재질 : 

    • 벽,천장 및 바닥 : 무정전 패널 or STS304, STS310, STS316 or 유리,
    • 챔버 내 표면 : 무정전

    6. 적용 규정

    SPS-KACA002-132:2021, KS C 9304의 10.2, KS A ISO 1996-2의 8, SPS-C KACA 0027-7269, KS C 9326 

    7. 기타 : 사용자 요구에 따라 GB, AHAM, JEM 등 관련 표준 챔버 공급 가능

     

    [KACA Standards]

    1. Chamber Size: 1 m³ to 180 m³ (rectangular or cubic shape; width should be 80-100% of the length. For large chambers, the width should be within twice the length.)

    2. Test Items (Test Substances):

    • Fine Dust: Purification capacity, removal efficiency (polydisperse solid-phase potassium chloride), reduction lifespan, removal capacity (potassium chloride)
    • Gases: Purification capacity (ammonia, toluene, formaldehyde), reduction lifespan (formaldehyde), removal efficiency (ammonia, toluene, formaldehyde, acetic acid, acetaldehyde)
    • Ozone generation concentration
    • Rated airflow, air purifier fine dust sensor, noise

    3. Tightness: The particle concentration of 0.3 μm particles should be maintained at 90% or more of the initial concentration after 20 minutes.

    4. Temperature and Humidity:

    • 23 ± 3 ℃ (± 1 ℃), 50 ± 10% R.H ± 5% R.H (20-minute average)
    • (For large chambers) Temperature 20 ± 5 ℃, atmospheric pressure 760 ± 20 mmHg

    5. Chamber Material:

    • Walls, ceiling, and floor: Insulated panels or STS304, STS310, STS316, or glass
    • Internal surfaces of the chamber: Insulated

    6. Applicable Regulations:
    SPS-KACA002-132:2021, KS C 9304 Section 10.2, KS A ISO 1996-2 Section 8, SPS-C KACA 0027-7269, KS C 9326

    7. Others: Chambers compliant with related standards such as GB, AHAM, JEM can be supplied according to user requirements.
