범용 미세먼지 센서 성능평가 시스템(Universal PM Sensor Performance Evaluation System)
미세먼지센서 성능평가 시스템은 입자 농도 균일도가 확보된 일정한 부피의 공간(챔버) 내에 미세먼지 센서를 넣고, 크기 분포가 정해진 시험물질 또는 시험입자를 주입시켜 기준 측정장비 대비 미세먼지 센서의 측정 정확도와 재현성을 평가하는 장비입니다. 시스템은 시험챔버와 입자 발생모듈, 측정장비 및 운영 프로그램으로 구성됩니다. 이 중 입자 발생모듈은 시험입자의 농도를 일정하게 유지시키면서 미세먼지센서의 측정 정확도를 평가할 수 있는 유형과 시험입자의 농도를 시간에 따라 일정하게 감소시키면서 미세먼지 센서의 측정정확도와 입자농도 변화에 따른 반응성을 동시에 평가하는 유형으로 구분되며, 시험 목적에 따라 사용자가 시스템을 선택할 수 있습니다.
The Particulate Matter sensor performance evaluation system is designed to assess the measurement accuracy and reproducibility of fine dust sensors by placing them within a chamber of fixed volume, where particle concentration uniformity is maintained. The system introduces test materials or particles with a defined size distribution and compares the sensor’s performance against reference measurement equipment.
The system consists of a test chamber, a particle generation module, measurement equipment, and an operational program. The particle generation module is classified into two types: one that maintains a constant concentration of test particles to evaluate the sensor's measurement accuracy, and another that gradually decreases the concentration of test particles over time to assess both the sensor's measurement accuracy and its responsiveness to changes in particle concentration. Users can select the appropriate system based on their testing objectives.
