실내 환기용 중성능 에어필터의 여과효율을 평가하는 시스템, 에어필터 시험장비입니다.
에어필터 성능평가 시스템은 시험필터에 입자를 통과시키면서 시험 필터 전후의 입자농도를 측정하여 포집효율을 산출하는 장치로, 입자 이송장치, 발생기, 중화기, 계측기, 제어보드 및 프로그램으로 구성됩니다. 이 시스템은 필터의 종류에 따라 요구되는 규정이 상이하여 시험시스템을 구성하는 측정기, 발생기 등의 구성품도 달라집니다. 시험물질 입자로는 KCl, NaCl, DOP, Paraffin Oil 등을 사용할 수 있으며 시험항목으로는 PSE(Particle size, Efficiency, Pressure loss, MERVE, MPPS 시험 등이 있습니다.
This system evaluates the filtration efficiency of medium-performance air filters used for indoor ventilation. The Air Filter Evaluation System measures the particle concentrations before and after the test filter as particles pass through it, calculating the filtration efficiency. The system consists of a particle transport device, generator, neutralizer, measuring instruments, control board, and software. Depending on the filter type, different regulations apply, which affects the components of the test system, such as measuring instruments and generators. Test particles can include KCl, NaCl, DOP, and Paraffin Oil, while test items can cover PSE (Particle Size, Efficiency), Pressure Loss, MERV, MPPS tests, and more.
