MAIN SOLUTIONS

Aerosol Monitor for Stacks (Model.AM4S)

AM4S is a chimney-specific fine dust measurement equipment that measures the concentration of fine dust emitted from stacks in hot and humid environments in real time by separating PM10 and PM2.5 sizes.

  • Engineers who want to know the level of fine dust pollution by process

  • Researchers who want to improve processes by understanding pollutant source trends and concentrations

  • Person responsible for preparing responses to environmental laws and regulations

  • Local stakeholders who want to monitor the air quality in their area

  • Professionals interested in proposals to improve domestic air quality environment through environmental data monitoring

  • Person in charge of public institutions researching environmental policy

AM4S has a solution for you.

Air Filter Test System

The filter was developed during World War II to remove condensation nuclei of the most harmful radioactive iodine from nuclear radiation sources. Until just a few years ago, each country had different ways of identifying the units and different standards, and some manufacturers did not disclose information about their filter units under the guise of trade secrets, despite changes in the filter manufacturing process. The test method applied, the generator used, and the measuring instrument are different depending on the type of filter. Depending on the measurements, the statistical values will also vary, so it is very important that they are designed and manufactured accordingly.

  • Performance test of medium-performance air filter for ventilation (ISO16890, ASHRAE52.2)

  • Cabin air filter performance test (ISO11155-1&2)

  • High-performance (HEPA/ULPA) air filter leakage evaluation (EN1822-4, ISO29463-4)

  • High performance (HEPA/ULPA) air filter efficiency test (KS B6740, 6141, 9325, ISO29463, EN1822)

  • Testing the bacteria capture efficiency of filters (ASTM1471-9 extended, F2101-14)

  • Air filter life performance test for air purifiers (SPS-KACA002-132:2021)

ARTPlus' particle engineering experts propose a system optimized for the experimental environment and budget depending on the type and regulations of the filter the user wishes to evaluate.

Dust Sensor Test System

ART Plus  The ADT series is a system that evaluates the performance of fine dust sensors (simple measuring device) according to the user's purpose. It is a product that minimizes the measurement uncertainty depending on the tester's skill level.

ADT-1983 for the performance certification test of fine dust sensor for the Ministry of Environment

ADT-1783 for performance certification test of fine dust sensor for air purifier parts

ADT-1785 for performance evaluation of fine dust sensor for automobile parts

ADT-1782 For fine dust sensor development and performance research optimization system

ADT-1983 fine dust sensor (fine dust simple measuring device) performance evaluation system and equivalence evaluation system comply with the five performance certification test standards of the Ministry of Environment, 'repeatability, relative precision, data acquisition rate, accuracy, and coefficient of determination'. With a system that can measure everything, it is possible to evaluate all simple fine dust measuring instruments on the market in Korea.
